If you’re anything like me, you’re always looking for ways to make early reading and writing feel fun instead of forced. Especially during those preschool years when attention spans are short and little hands are still learning fine motor skills. 

That’s exactly why I created these free printable Valentine themed pencil control worksheets.

My preschooler absolutely loves anything that involves cutting and pasting. If there are scissors involved, she is all in. And honestly, that cut and paste element has been such a great way for her to build early scissor skills while also sneaking in letter recognition, fine motor practice, and prewriting skills.
