5 Free "other" sight word worksheets printable bundle overview image showing a thumbnail of all 5 printable pages for sight word "other"

The sight word “other” is one students begin seeing as soon as they start comparing, sorting, and reading simple nonfiction or narrative texts. These free printable “other” sight word worksheets help kids learn to read, trace, write, and recognize the word other in a clear, engaging, developmentally friendly way.

Children encounter other in sentences such as: “The other dog ran,” “Choose the other one,” “I like the other book better,” and more. Because other helps kids compare and make choices, mastering it early supports comprehension, vocabulary, and expressive language skills.

As a mom of four (with one currently in 1st grade!), I know how helpful it is to have print-and-go literacy worksheets that make sight word practice feel easy and enjoyable. These printables were created to be simple, fun, and completely free for teachers, homeschoolers, and parents.

All worksheets are available as single click-and-print pages, no log-in or email required.
